Fiona Tang

Fiona started off as a keen dance enthusiast mastering ballet, jazz, hip hop, jazz-funk and contemporary dance from a young age.
However, due to sustained injuries, Fiona decided to pursue a more therapeutic route through yoga, first stepping onto the mat in 2010.
As her love for the practice progressed she soon discovered her love for flight through aerial arts and aerial yoga.
Fiona’s extensive dance background is evident in the way that she flows, creating beautiful lines and movements on the hammock.
Fiona is a certified teacher in aerial hammock, aerial hoop, acro yoga, yoga and meditation.
